Islamuna Institute welcomes you!
You accept to abide by the following terms and conditions by accessing and using the Academy’s website and services:

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

Registration and use of the Institute’s services require that you be at least 18 years old. You certify that you are at least 18 years old by signing up. As this Institute offers kids’ courses, a kid’s registration and making of an account requires parental or guardian consent.

When registering, you must give true and comprehensive information. You alone are in charge of protecting the privacy of your login information and of any actions taken using your account.

You cannot use someone else’s account without that person’s explicit consent.

The Academy retains the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time in case of suspicious or malicious activities.

FREE TRIAL CLASSES

a. As soon as you create an account on our website, you are eligible for our Free trial classes. With our advanced pricing policy, you can enroll in our courses before or after finishing your trial sessions. The beginning of your course with us will be the date of your registration and the first payment.

b. Islamuna Institute reserves the right to halt your classes if a fee is past due for more than seven days.

c. If you have any questions or concerns about the price structure, late fees, payment dates, or other related matters, you can get in touch with the customer care representative listed in the “contact us” section.

PAYMENT METHOD

a. Online payments can be made using straightforward and secure methods like PayPal,
Stripe, Wise, credit card, or bank transfer.

b. The monthly recurring membership will require advance payment and automatically
renew on the same day each month.

c. If classes are postponed or suspended, we either arrange a make-up session, pause the
subscription, or issue a refund.

COURSES AND CLASSES

a. Islamuna Institute holds the right to substitute instructors or course materials at any time.

b. The Institute retains the right to postpone or cancel classes at any time with proper
information about it to the students.

c. Without the Institute’s express consent, you are not permitted to record, share, or
distribute any course materials.

d. The number of monthly lessons and hours will be addressed when a student enrolls in
the school at their convenience. By sending an email, you can inform your teacher
whether you want to take more or fewer classes.

e. If a class is added but does not adhere to the agreed-upon number of classes, it will be
canceled and the students will be informed by the teacher.

For example: While it was agreed that there would be four Saturday classes every month, there
may be five Saturdays in a given month. The fifth class would then either be canceled since
payment is based on monthly hours or that Saturday might be used to make up any missed
class because payment is based on monthly hours.

f. The Institute owns all intellectual property rights to all course content and materials given
including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, pictures, audio and video files, and
software.

g. Without express permission, students are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or
produce derivative works based on their content and materials.

CUSTOMIZED STUDY COURSES AND PLANS

We give our students the option of customizing their study schedules and payment
schedules. You can get in touch with us about it at any time.

CLASS AND COURSE FLEXIBILITY

a. The student can increase their study time whenever they choose.

b. The student can acquire extra classes out of the agreed study plan by paying for them.

c. The increase in class number will however depend on the availability of the tutor, nature of the topic, date, and time.

ABSENCE, LEAVE, AND MISSED CLASSES

a. Unless there is an emergency, students must be informed in advance of the cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a make-up class or session.

b. The student will be marked absent from the class and not receive a refund or make-up class if no notice is received from the Institute.

c. Students must SMS using the Live Chat Icon or send an email informing the institute about their holiday plans.

d. If a student misses a lesson without informing the teacher at least two to four hours in advance, no make-up sessions will be organized, unless an extraordinary situation arises.

e. We reserve the right to terminate a student’s subscription without providing a refund if they repeatedly skip more than five lessons without providing prior notice.

f. If a tutor must cancel a lesson due to an emergency, the student will be informed and the scheduled date will be altered.

HOLIDAYS

No make-up classes may be planned for the following two holidays:
● Three days off for Eid Al-Fitr
● Four days off for Eid Al-Adha

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

a. Students must not provide any contact information to tutors, including their phone number, email address, social media handles or accounts, or credit card information. Our Institute shall not be held responsible if the material is misused.

b. Instructors are prohibited from asking children or parents for their phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts; if this happens, please notify the Academy right away.

c. Do not discuss payment arrangements, additional fees, or anything else with the tutors. In these cases, call the administrator, message them on Skype, send them an email, or use WhatsApp to communicate.

d. If you want to suggest that your friends or anybody else enroll with us, please do so by contacting the administrator directly rather than the teacher.

e. Study-in-Institute Policy: Every student is expected to study with their instructors only at the academy. Studying outside of class is against our policies and is not acceptable.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & DATA SECURITY

Several types of personal information are gathered from students or website guests, depending on the contacts you have with us and the course you are doing. The following specifics are, without limitation:

a. We gather your information to: establish and maintain your accounts, streamline the educational process, and enhance your experience. Information from your profile, including the courses you’ve taken, your preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

b. Usage information; such as how you use the website.

c. When you make a payment to us, we record your name, date of birth, and gender along with contact information such as your mailing address, email address, and phone number.

d. Retention of Data: We store a student’s personal information on file for 12 months after they cancel their account before deleting it from our database. The personal data and progress report will be deleted after a year to maintain the confidentiality of the student data.

PUNCTUALITY

a. The online classes run clockwise, we expect students to arrive on time. In addition, it is not practical for us to delay students who are next in line for their classes due to the delay of the previous student. If the student is more than 10 minutes late, the teacher is not required to provide students with the remaining time of their class period.

b. In rare cases, if the teacher is late to the online class, the student can mail them about being online.

c. If after 24 hours the students and guardians have not heard from the respected tutor, they should contact the management. The instructor will make up for any missed work or classes.

d. If the teacher routinely arrives late or doesn’t show up to class, kindly contact the management.

REPORTS & ASSESSMENT

Every three months at the end of the session, parents of children under the age of 16 will get a report. Parents will be able to evaluate their children’s development as a result.

LEARNING AND QUALITY CONTROL

We make sure that our students are safe and sound with us. Tutors are available and supportive to students at all times. Students can enjoy learning in an easy and relaxing environment. Using a range of strategies, such as frequent teacher development, student feedback, attendance measurement, and evaluations, the efficiency of education is routinely examined.

DRESS CODE

During online classes, students should dress modestly.

FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND COMMENTS

After a few lessons, a member of our support staff will email students or guardians to seek their opinion. Students or guardians can contact them in case of any queries, grievances, or worries. We can improve our services thanks to your feedback. We are incredibly appreciative.

OPTING OUT OF COURSE

If a student wants to drop a course, they can email us or contact our team. Students should talk to staff or administration about course completion two days before leaving the institution.
